Room space and cleanliness is okay.

Room space and cleanliness is okay. Cold aircon. Spacious bathroom but the tiles were not even so the water stays in one side making the water slow to drain maybe the reason there were mosquitos because its always wet on that little side.

No bidet and no tabo to compensate. We requested to clean our room on our last night because there were some mosquitos, but our room was still the same when we came back and the mosquitos were still there. And the big spider inside the CR. ️ On our first night at around 1am we were awoken by a stranger shouting outside the room next to us...as in shouting his name and telling him to come out, after the guest came out...they talked outside their room as if they're the only 2 people in the world. Was only able to sleep after they left at 3am WOWWWW!

Pool area was good.

There are building works all around, which started 7am, very loud and thin walls. Didn’t get the room I booked instead got something with wooden walls - nothing like the pictures on booking.com Location was central but too busy as it is on the main road in an out of the beach.

Clean and Nice Location

The room is clean and the location is nice, it’s near the beach, just walk for 2-3 minutes. The food there is okay.

The restroom is so smell although it’s clean because of water pipe. The blanket is so thin like a bed sheet. The swimming pool is for kids, not adult. Thai food is not the real Thai food.

Exceptional The staff was very present and full of kindness during our time. Good location.

Room was too small for our family, 4 people. the room is very inconvenient, there was no rack to hang towels. No WiFi at all!!!

Literally nothing

Refused to take card for the room , showers don't work and barely trickle water, sink exploded water all over the room in the middle of the night, no blankets just a hospital sheet; room is not secure just a door lock.

Despite being in a very busy street, the property is nicely...

Despite being in a very busy street, the property is nicely quite with beautiful yard and pool. The pool was very nice and great for relaxing. Hotel is very close to the Alona Beach as well as to other restaurants and shops.

For part of our stay, hot water did not work - we reported it, but noone fixed it. In our friend’s room the rain water was flowing in the bathroom from the roof which casused terrible smell and mold and the hotel did not do anything about it. Only after repeated serious complaints, they moved our friends to a different room.

I like the room.

I like the room.its so spacious. The staff are very accomodating. The resort is just walking distance to the shore. There was a Mcdonalds branch to open soon beside it. The food was good. It has pool also.

There was no free coffee and water available in the room.

I have actually stayed 2 times price is cheap

Cheap place, clean!

Cheap place, clean! But you only get the basics in room! Have to ask for everything, even 1 set of towels! Sheets only on beds, trying to get you to no us AC i think! Unless you pay cash, check in and check out is a nightmare! If they would get the front desk right, they would probably have more business!

The information, on the "Booking" site, is misleading and deceptive. A shocking experience.

Nothing. Bad hotel, very dirty

The rooms are very neglected, many things are broken or not working. I changed two rooms and checked 5 rooms all in poor condition. There is no maintenance at all, electricity does not work or is broken. Doors and locks are broken. Dirty rooms do not come to clean at all. Spider web with spiders. There is no drinking water in the rooms.

Nothing.

The staff are not accomodating. We dont have water in the bathroom during the night. The electricity went off and they dont even know that we dont have electricity in the room.. it was very dark on the poolside and in our room.
